Here you will be informed about separately additional shipping costs before completion of the order and about other shipping options, such as self-collection. The parcel shipments are shipped via the parcel service DHL or Hermes, the bulky goods optionally via our forwarding partner DB Schenker or on request via our own FURSTAR EXPRESS. Our express shipments are shipped via GO! or DHL. All light furniture is in a protective cover and is covered with a cardboard box.

Before final acceptance of the goods we ask you to pay attention to the following:

  • External damage to the packaging or pallets must be photographed.
  • Check the number of goods, immediately complain if the goods are incomplete
  • Check the contents of the goods, immediately complain about damaged goods

Damage or similar - such as incompleteness of the goods - should be noted on the delivery receipt of the forwarding agent before signing! This is extremely important as in case of doubt FURSTAR cannot accept any liability.

Parcel shipment

The parcel services commissioned by us deliver from Mon-Fri between 8:00-18:00 o'clock. The illuminated furniture can be tracked via a consignment number.

forwarding dispatch

The spear cargo shipments commissioned by us are carried out by a forwarding agent who delivers from Mo-Fr between 9:00-14:00 hours. The consignment of goods is palletised here and is announced to the customer by telephone before the goods are handed over, provided a telephone number has been provided by the customer. Here, too, your new illuminated furniture ordered online can be tracked via a consignment number.
