Have you decided on LED lighting furniture from FURSTAR and have questions about the rest of your order process?
After completion of your order you will receive a separate order confirmation from us. After the payment or a receipt for the order has been received, the light furniture will be notified for dispatch and you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail. This contains, among other things, a shipment number for tracking your FURSTAR illuminated furniture ordered online.
If you have not received your order confirmation, we ask you to inform us about it. The parcel service is legitimised to receive the cash in the amount of the invoice amount and to hand it over only after payment of the goods. You are obliged to pay the invoice amount appropriately. The parcel service has no change.
